Join us for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the reopening of Kelly B. Todd Cerebral Palsy & Neuro-Muscular Center’s brand-new therapy room! Kelly B. Todd Center provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to children in Northeastern and Eastern Oklahoma.
