Pecan Creek Winery presents Blend Your Own Wine Class

Blend Your Own Wine Class, Oct 14th 2:30-4:30 in the cellar.
Carafes of tank white and red wine, each student will choose red or white wine, get a blending sheet and 2 graduated cylinders.
We will demonstrate how to read the blending sheet, how to taste & evaluate wine.
Later they can choose to back sweeten it. Then each will get to bottle their own blend and take home.
