Angela Wilson, IOM, President & CEO
Angela provides the overall, daily management of all departments of the Chamber and works with the Chamber’s Board of Directors to ensure the Chamber’s mission is achieved.
Angela became the Chamber’s President & CEO in November of 2019 after serving as Vice President and Director of Programs for six years. She oversaw all of the Chamber programs and events, and all non-dues revenue projects, which make up approximately half of the Chamber’s annual operating budget.
Angela has worked at the Muskogee Chamber of Commerce since 2012 after serving as the Tourism Director and Executive Director for the Chamber of Commerce in Coffeyville, KS for four years. Angela began her career with the Muskogee Chamber as the Program and Sales Director and in 2016 was promoted to Vice President and Director of Programs. Angela has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver in Colorado. She is a graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management, Leadership Coffeyville, Leadership Muskogee, OCCE Chamber Management Institute, OKCNP Non-Profit Management, and Dale Carnegie Effective Communications & Human Relations. Angela currently serves on the OCCE Board of Directors as Chair of the Board of Directors, MAKO Conference Board of Directors and the Chair for the Muskogee Public Schools Education Foundation Board of Trustees.

Amber Crall, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Amber is responsible for the organization of all administrative and office activities that ensure successful and efficient operations and delivery of programs of the chamber. Amber assumed her role at the Chamber in August 2017 as Office & Finance Manager, and was promoted to Director of Operations in December 2019. Amber spent 10 years in the banking industry prior to assuming her role with the chamber.
Amber was born and raised in Muskogee, graduating from Muskogee High School in 2004, with honors. She was involved in many activities including Honor Choir, Pride of Muskogee, and high school musical theatre. Amber attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK, and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Amber has served the community of Muskogee by serving on several non-profit boards and committees, including serving as the Board President for Lake Area United Way(2020-2022). Amber is alumni of Leadership Muskogee Class XXI.

Jessica Harris, Membership Services Manager
As the Membership Services Manager, Jessica will be responsible for developing relationships with businesses and the community to increase and retain Chamber members, as well as enhance Chamber membership value. This position will work strategically to develop and implement programs and services designed to meet the needs of business and grow commerce in Muskogee.
Jessica is originally from Tulsa, and graduated from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah with a Bachelors in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design. She was involved with many organizations with Northeastern State including Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority, Homecoming committee, starting the first graphic design club, and being a collegiate cheerleader. Jessica and her husband moved to Muskogee in 2019 and just recently had their first son, Miles. She started with the Chamber in January of 2024, and is excited to serve the businesses and people of Muskogee.
