The Greater Muskogee Area Chamber of Commerce was incorporated in 1922. The Chamber promotes business and community growth and is supported by membership & partnership investments and revenue-generating events that stay true to our mission of:
- SERVING as a voice and resource for business
- FOSTERING partnerships and community prosperity
- CULTIVATING economic growth
The governing and policy-making responsibilities of the Chamber are vested in its Board of Directors. Elected by Chamber members, the board is made up of directors and officers, associate directors, and the immediate past chairman. The President of the Greater Muskogee Area Chamber of Commerce and the Manager and Mayor of the City of Muskogee serve on the Board and are non-voting ex-officio members.
